Freehand. Natural nails. Done for Jamaica's Independence. I vacationed there 2 weeks ago and i enjoyed it so much that i decided to celebrate with them... with nail polish.
This is the national bird and flower. The flag is in the background, covered with 2 layers of sheer polish.
Hand-painted colored pencils. I made false nails pointy, painted them, then glued them on.
Freehand tiger and wolf on natural nails.
Freehand. natural nails. I like the rocks more than I like the swan. But i love these, especially the use of real feathers.
Freehand art on natural nails.
Freehand art on natural nails. I tried to put some matte effect in the hair. Didn't notice my dog's hair got on there too, until after the photo. I just couldn't draw the hand right. But i really love these.
Natural nails. Free-hand. i sponged on the background. I usually see this design in black and white so i decided to try it with some color. Original design was first done by @rainysunraynails
Made with acrylic paint and nail art pen. I could have done a better job at it though.
This art was made with acrylic paint. The antlers are so rustic. They are real twigs i cut from an old golden-apple seed. Hubby saw me with a kitchen knife, jabbing and sawing, and asked "What are you doing,McGyver?" Nail art of course. Inspired by @dianavanisselroy
Dotted bikini, adorned with fimo butterfly and real thread. I didn't have texture polish to create some sand, so i waited for the polish to become tacky and then i jabbed at it with a dotting tool. natural nails.
Nail tips. This art was made with brown polish, kitchen foil and square studs, for a contest.
This is my leaf art. First i shaped false nails into leaves. Next, i cut the parts i wanted from real dried leaves. Then i applied some nail glue onto the false nails, and stuck the leaves on. I cut the excess leaf off with a small pair of scissors. I added some dark green and some yellow acrylic paint sparingly with a sponge, to make the leaves look mossy. Matte top-coat is perfect for sealing the art. Inspired by @naq57
Freehand art of Alice in wonderland's Hatter, on nail tips. The words were done using the newspaper technique. I printed them backwards, so when they are transferred unto the nail, they will read correctly.
