Background nail art by talented Nailpolis member, Kristin.
Hello all! I'm a Belgian woman who's completely addicted to nail art. I love to look around and get inspired, I learn more about my favorite subject every day!
The sun is shining bright so my nail art is in Summer style too :-)
I love this gradient, ombre effect. Normally I use 2 color to achieve the effect, but this time I did it with 3 colors. Thanks for looking!
Easy to do, but with a nice effect. :D
Another try on the one stroke technique. I used nail polish as base color. The rest is in acrylic paint.
I've had a lot of fun adding leaves, stripes and dots with acrylic paint.
Ok, I just found out that quick drying nail polish works best when you use striping tape :D
This "stone effect" I've created by dabbing different colors polish with plastic wraps on a base color.
I'm trying to get the hang of nail art with acrylic paint. So far so good with my dominant hand, but the other hand gives a mess lol! Well, they always say: practice makes art :-)
Just a simple, fun and eye catching design thanks to the colors :-)
This time I found inspiration in the lovely ladybugs.
I used a golden shimmer base and then I added tiger stripes with a brown shimmer color.
I love these kinds of gradients. And I'm in a sunny mood, so this is my result!
In my opinion water decals are so elegant and nice, I like them much more than normal nail art stickers. So here are my butterfly ones :D
I love gradient nails, but this time I wanted to do it on a larger scale. So I painted each nail in a different color in the same range.
I love water marbles and I try out each kind of design I can think of :D
