Background nail art by talented Nailpolis member, Kristin.
Hi. I'm really bad at social media and often forget to upload nail art here. I post more on often on Instagram (@dumbgirlnails).
I've been practicing gradients. This one was one of my best yet, but I couldn't leave it alone so I painted the spirals. The end.
I used the entire Candy Fix collection from Bonita.
I used Wet n Wild's Into the Wild summer 2016 collection for the leaves/flowers.
I'm not very good at gradients but practice makes perfect! This was a practice gradient that didn't turn out as well as I'd hoped it would, so I decided to (mostly) cover it with something. I painted the circles with acrylic paint.
The black and whtie are acrylic paint.
I don;t have the names of the black and white polishes I used, but both are from Funky Fingers (Five Below).
Poinsettias inspired by my nana :)
I used black acrylic paint and a very thin striping brush to doodle on my nails.
I didn't know what I was doing, I just wanted to do something holiday-related and this is what came out. Makes me think of wrapping paper.
