Halloween Skulls and roses

I painted each nail with 2 coats of black and used the green at just the tips of the first, 3rd and 4th finger. I taped white tissue paper to regular printer paper and printed the skull on the middle finger. Once printed I painted 2 coats of glow in the dark on top avoiding the edges and eyes. On the back of the skull I painted white polish Cut out and use like a decal.
The skull on the little finger was done differently. I painted a coat of clear top coat on a printer transparency, on the smooth side, and printed it with the clear top coat facing whichever way needed so that the printing lands on the top coat. Once printed I added once more coat of clear and let dry. Peel off the printed top coat and on the wrong side add some white polish behind the skull. once that dried cut out the skull you want and use it like a decal. Once on the nail and dry I added the glow in the dark polish in 2 coats.
For the roses I used white acrylic craft paint on a toothpick and painted the stems of the roses as well as any leaves. I took 2 a deep rose paint and mixed some of it with white for my much lighter shade. Added a few dots of each at the top of the rose stem and swirled them together. Don't over mix the colors.
I topped the white stems with the glow in the dark green mixed with the green O painted at the tops of the nail. I applied it with a toothpick.
