This is actually a gradient but I thought the rose water decals were transparent - woops. Even though you can no longer see Fated Prince behind the decals, Princess Sabra's gorgeous golden glow makes up for it. I don't normally use water decals, but I thought this look made for a perfect (and easy) classy but still sassy office look.
