I started with Wet n Wild as my base. I applied Imogen to my index and pinky nails. I used the Galaxy Holo Top Coat* on my middle and ring nails. I stamped with On the Rocks and Fab Ur Nails plate FUN 11. RA-friendly nail art. *This top coat dries semi-matte but really sparkles with top coat application!
