Stars in the sky glowing in the dark - just magic
A Glow-in-the-Dark version of my watermarbled fishpond mani, using Serum No.5 Glowin' of Eden as the base. Marbling was done with polishes and the fish were painted with acrylic paints. Please check my other photo for the daylight version.
