Seashells are from eBay. Waves made using the water spotting method.
I used the Saran/Glad/Plastic wrap method to create my background using a variety of blue polishes then painted my fishies with acrylic paint and my pure color 10 nail art brush. I diluted my white paint until it was the consistency of milk and made my bubbles by 'blobbing' on a circle and then dabbing out the centre with a cotton swab. I added some gold studs and finished it all with two coats of HK Girl top coat.
