Sunny Side Up is a crelly sunshine yellow polish. The formula was smooth, sheer with the first coat, but did build nicely with good coverage. I didn't use any undies under this which is why there was slight VNL but it didn't bother me. Like most neon polishes this does dry matte so a glossy top coat will be needed to give it some extra shine! Shown is three thin coats with a top coat.
