I am wearing 2 coats of a gorgeous cobalt blue in Lakur – Beau of the City, followed by 2 coats of Hottie, which I would describe as a blue-based iridescent multi-sized glitter. This would be a great background for “galaxy nails” if you don’t feel like creating the galaxies!
