Background nail art by talented Nailpolis member, Kristin.
I personally love tulips. I think they're one of the most gorgeous flowers out there!
Ribbon was created with clear polish mixed with fine blue glitter.
I was inspired by the header used on the challenge page, full of tulips in a pinkie - red color, so I created a gradient using the sponge technique. The red tulip is the symbol for Parkinson so I painted with acrylics 3 tulips.
I seal all with Dior Nail Glow.
There's always light in a dark, you only need to see it. You create your light, so you're the one to keep it strong.
Manicure for World Parkinson's Day on 10th of April, using thin nail art brush and acrylic paints.
I used red and burgundy acrylic paint for the tulips. Blue acrylic paint for the ribbon.
Painted two coats of the black polish, then used acrylic paints and painted the grass and tulips freehand.
This is my first nail art for a contest ever. Think it came out decent, at least :) Hope you all like it! xx
