I used the fan technique to create this beach inspired look. I used a polish (pictured) that I've had for a while but never used and thought it would be perfect to create a nice sparkly effect on the ocean. 💦 the polish is @colorclubnaillacquer 'lady liberty' and I got it from @hbbeautybar, its such a nice iridescent teal shimmer polish, can't believe why I never tried it. 😁💚 decorations from @daily_charme 🐚
