Little Mermaid

For today’s nail art, I decided to start off with a base of the beautiful piCture pOlish Lagoon. It is a beautiful glitter/scatter holo mix suspended in turquoise. I love the depth of the glitter in this polish, the hex glitters add such a nice touch! It’s like little bubbles in the water. To compliment this polish, I decided to paint the Little Mermaid and her buddy Flounder on top. I used some rhinestones from the bornprettystore (#7300). The package came with a number of colors but for this look I only used the dark blue as little bubbles. Link: http://petitepeinture.com/little-mermaid
