Here's Essie's Point Of Blue from the Silk Watercolor collection. It's a sheer jelly polish that is meant primarily for decorating your nails. But if you like you can also layer it and wear on its own as I did. The polish is a beautiful dusty indigo blue. The formula was amazing. The polish felt watery but it wasn't runny. I'm wearing three thicker coats. And no top coat!
