shattered glass nails using aluminium foil - tutorial on my blog
I did this mani a year ago in silver and black but it's so christmasy in red and gold!
Here I dried and cut up - nail polish decals, into small pieces and applied on the polish while it was still wet. inspired by @herrmham
used the snow queen nail art kit. instead of pouring the paillettes i put my finger inside the container. it gave faster in more impressive results, but was bumpy and required at least 3 coats of top-coat.
I really love this polish, it's got some gold in it too but it doesn't show in the pics.
+ Oranjollie stamping plate
I had to review what was described as foil.. it was more like that angel paper stuff so I decided to try out the ever so popular shatter glass trend. I probably used much smaller pieces, it took ages... and then I picked it all off like a bad girl :D
My shattered glass inspired nails for Twinsie Tuesday.
Colour: two coats of Nails Inc Soho Silver
Stamping polish: Konad Black
Stamping plate: Bundle Monster BM-608
Top coat: Glisten & Glow HK Girl
Shattered glass nails! These were hard to photograph. I got the sheets from born pretty store and used two different colours for this.
Finally getting around to doing shattered glass nails! Too bad my cellphone captured the prism-effect of these foils better than my actual camera >.>
